Jacksonville, FL — December 31, 2009 — D.R. Horton, the nation’s number one homebuilder, is pleased to announce that sales have begun within Two Creeks, its newest single-family community located in scenic Middleburg. The builder’s Two Creeks model home, the Sebastian, is currently under construction. It is estimated to open for tours in January 2010.
Two Creeks homebuyers enjoy quiet countryside living and affordable luxury upon purchase of a D.R. Horton home. The community features 16 creatively designed and quality built residences, each marked by architectural distinction, plenty of flexible space and room for personal expression.
D.R. Horton’s elegant home styles are priced from the mid-$150s and range in size from 1,540 to 3,402 square feet. Homes feature three, four and five bedrooms, and include a convenient, direct-access garage that accommodates two or three vehicles, depending on the floorplan.
“Through one of our preferred lenders, qualified homebuyers will receive all paid closing costs,” said Cathy Scott, new home consultant for D.R. Horton Jacksonville. “For qualified buyers, we also offer a zero down payment incentive, and through DHI Mortgage, facilitate the availability of 100 percent USDA financing.”

- 100 percent loan-to-value financing with no mortgage insurance
- Expanded qualifying rations and flexible credit guidelines
- No minimum credit score
- Debt ratio waivers are allowed with compensating factors
- Competitive, market-based fixed interest rates
In keeping with D.R. Horton’s reputation for building in only the finest communities, the fantastic recreational amenities within Two Creeks also are a big part of the home shopper draw.
